  • We track time and let you know if usage approaches your tier limit. If you consistently exceed, we move you to the next tier. Occasional overages are handled flexibly.

  • Yes. Tiers can move up or down with 30 days' notice. Many clients start at Tier 1, scale up during busy periods, scale back when calmer.

  • Major one-off projects (M&A transactions, complex litigation, securities filings, IP litigation) are quoted separately as flat-fee engagements. Court appearances on litigation matters are also separate. We're explicit about what's in and out of scope when we propose the tier.

  • Monthly retainer, billed monthly. You can pause or cancel with 30 days' notice. No annual contracts. We earn the relationship every month.

  • Yes — see our limited-scope representation services for à la carte legal work. The retainer makes sense if you have ongoing needs; limited-scope makes sense for one-off matters.
